I am Masha Prusso, UC Berkeley and Sorbonne graduate, licensed French attorney. I started my career at HSBC and UBS private banks in Monaco and Switzerland, former executive at Polygon, founder of Crypto PR Lab and a public figure in the tech industry, entrepreneur, and investor.
My work was recognized in Forbes and Grit Daily.
This website serves a critical purpose: to shed light on my alarming experience with Alex Peykoff, a real estate investor who claims to have a real estate portfolio worth $250M.
He is also a life coach to celebrities such as Bravo TV executives, and heir to the influential Peykoff family, founders of Niagara Fall bottling company.
Here, you’ll find a detailed account of what I allege to be an investment scam perpetrated by Alex Peykoff. He stole 50,000 USD from me and disappeared.
This is more than a story about financial loss; it’s a cautionary tale about trust betrayed and the misuse of power and influence in the high-stakes world of real estate investment.

Coaching Turned Real Estate Fraud
My journey with Alex Peykoff began on a note of trust and mentorship. We met in November 2022 through Barton Scott, Founder of Upgraded Formulas. Known for his substantial real estate portfolio and as a coach to many, Peykoff soon became my close friend and mentor.
Alex Peykoff suggested we buy a house together in Arlington, Texas, renovate it and sell with a 20% profit.
Here is the link to the house Alex said he bought:

Trusting in his expertise and our established rapport, I agreed to invest $50,000 in the venture. The deal was straightforward – Alex would renovate a property, sell it, and return my investment with a 20% interest by September 10, 2023.
Little did I know, the agreement and trust were both broken. I sent him $50,000. We are in February 2024 and he never returned the principal, $50,000, or the interest, $10,000.
Lies by Alex Peykoff
As the agreed date of September 10, 2023, approached, expectations turned to unease. The investment return I was promised by Alex Peykoff never materialized. Repeated attempts to reach out for an explanation were met with silence. It became clear that the communication lines we once shared as mentor and mentee were now deliberately severed.
He stole the money and constantly lied.
Further investigation into the matter revealed a more troubling truth. The property in Arlington, Texas, which was supposedly the subject of our investment, had never been purchased. This revelation was not just a breach of our financial agreement; it was a betrayal of the trust I had placed in Alex.
The evidence of this breach is clear and documented:
- The lack of returned funds, despite the passing of the agreed deadline.
- Alex’s consistent avoidance of any form of communication post-investment.
- Confirmation from real estate records showing that the property was never bought.
- These factors collectively paint a picture of a broken agreement and a trust exploited for financial gain.
Basically, as a coach, Alex Peykoff teaches his students to lie, deceit and be a bad person.
Welcome to the world of Rich Old Men who steal from young women.
I hope you will refrain from doing any business with Alex since clearly he will rip you off too.
